All the teachers on the staff are highly qualified and selected on the basis of their sharing the educational philosophy of the school. As members of educatonal teams at each level, strong emphasis is given to continually updating their training and know-how through courses, congresses and seminars. A characteristic of the school is the permanency of the staff, traditionally with a low turn-over rate, essential for real team-work and coordination within and between sections of the school.

themselves as educators in the broadest sense, not merely transmitters of knowledge, nor judges of undesirable behaviour, but in establishing a true two-way pupil-teacher relationship that is essential to understanding each pupil as a person, as well as a learner, creating a dialogue to that takes into consideration his/her problems in order to be better able to orientate him/her in order to solve any doubts or difficulties, and thus allowing the pupil to advance in his/her development at each stage.
